The School currently offers 5 years’ B.Arch Programme approved by Council of Architecture, (CoA), Govt. of Karnataka and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.

K. S Centre For Culture, Art and Heritage (KSCCAH), is a platform to nurture tangible and intangible culture and heritage of India. The Centre creates a digital repository under various categories for culture and heritage. It Offers research, publications, documentation, mobile applications, recreating the past using digital technology. Reaching out to the society through workshops, seminars, development of products and programmes.

K. S CENTRE FOR HABITAT DESIGN & RESEARCH (KSCHDR), is a design cell established to formalize the architectural principles and use architecture as an active social, cultural, economic and political tool. This could be used to improve the world through the design of buildings through urban planning, urban design, principles of aesthetics and design. The aim is to build an architectural ecosystem that constantly evolves to be professionally relevant and socially sensitive.
